Guiding You On Your Way: Your Journey Starts Here
Seeking support - especially when you’re feeling stressed, anxious or sad - can be difficult. We are here to help. Let’s talk about how to get started living a better life.
Welcome!
My name is Cleo Haber and I am the founder and clinical director of North Star Therapy, a virtual private practice serving individuals and organizations in Ontario. North Star Therapy is a place for healing, growth and building resilience.
Our modern lives are filled with challenges and joys, grief and love, disappointment and accomplishment. Navigating the peaks and valleys is tough. And when you are struggling, it can be hard to find the pathway forward.
Do you want to make positive changes in your life, but are feeling stuck?
Do you want to strengthen and improve important relationships?
Are you struggling with feelings of inadequacy, shame or self-doubt?
Are you trying to work through feelings of grief and loss?
Are you going through a transition and finding the experience difficult or overwhelming?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, psychotherapy can help.

Land Acknowledgment
We acknowledge that our healing work takes place on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the New Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Tkaronto/Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.
Commitment to Anti-Oppressive Practices
We work hard to continuously unlearn oppressive ways of being that we grow up internalizing and strive to engage therapeutically with integrity, ethics and wholehearted presence. As social workers we are committed to recognizing and working against the impact of systemic racism on the health, safety and wellbeing of Black, Indigenous and all people of colour (BIPOC).
